This plan is best suited for individuals with 3 or more chronic diseases and is all accommodating for couples, or for parent and child. The Super Platinum Plan was created for family’s with more than 5 in the family, and with children under the age of 26. This plan covers all of family’s health and wellness needs, all in one place, and support on your schedule, and from the convenience of your own home/phone if you choose.
